What stood out in Lawrence O'Donnell's interview with Joe Biden was how wrong many of the media's Republican-fueled narratives about the president were.
Donald Trump rarely gives live interviews. When Trump gives an interview, it is almost always recorded and edited, which is why it was important that Lawrence O'Donnell's interview with Joe Biden was shown to the American people unedited.
Watch some of these clips and you'll see that the Biden Trump and the media sold him was not the same person as the president.
Here is Biden, what excites him.
Biden says that Trump has nothing to do with the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.
Biden details how he restored NATO and stopped Putin from taking over Ukraine.
Biden said his biggest mistake was focusing too much on politics and not enough on politics.
Democratic voters were told that the person they had chosen as their nominee was in cognitive decline and could not serve another term. Democratic elites caved to Republican fears about Biden's age and dropped him from the ticket.
However, Joe Biden didn't sound like a cognitive decliner in this interview. In fact, Biden seems light years smarter than Trump in his taped and heavily moderated Fox News interviews.. Fox News even asks Trump questions before interviews. and he still doesn't sound as put together as biden.
Lawrence O'Donnell's interview was also an indictment of the rest of the mainstream media.
The media was so busy trying to prove that Biden is old and asking stupid questions that Biden never got to show the depth of his intelligence, as he showed in his conversation with O'Donnell.
We'll never know if Joe Biden will come back and get re-elected in 2024. The Democratic elite and the corporate media robbed Democratic voters of ever getting that answer.
However, President Biden did an unedited, nearly hour-long interview that laid bare everything Donald Trump will do over the next four years.
