Based on what Eric Trump said on Fox News' Sunday morning futures, ever Trump friendly, the Trumps can't get the money for the fraud bond. Eric Trump claimed he was laughed at by bond companies when he spoke to them about providing fraudulent bonds.
Trump reportedly holed up at his Florida club, which is worth an estimated $18 million, trying to find ways to get the bond money.
Nothing came of it, because no one is going to provide $454 million for a guy trying to appeal a fraud conviction.
All of this could easily be solved if Donald Trump was as rich as he claims to be. Trump needs a bond because he doesn't have $454 million in cash. Trump can't get a bond because he doesn't have the assets to back it up.
Things are about to get very ugly for Donald Trump and the Trump family on Monday, as the myth that the Trump family is rich is about to be destroyed.
