For someone who some claim is such a good communicator, Donald Trump often speaks in a convoluted and confused manner that leaves room for interpretation.
What he said at his rally on Sunday caused quite a stir.
Trump was talking about Elon Musk when he said:
Pennsylvania after that. He landed a missile that no one had ever seen. By the way, China can't do that, Russia can't do that, or come close.
