While it's important not to take the polls too seriously at this point, a recent New York Times poll shows a surge for President Biden.

Mr. Biden and Trump are now effectively tied, with Mr. Trump leading 46 percent to 45 percent. That's an improvement for Mr. Biden from late February, when Mr. Trump held a tighter 48 percent to 43 percent lead shortly before he became the presumptive Republican nominee.
Mr. Biden's surge appears to stem largely from his improved standing among traditional Democratic voters; he is winning a larger share of voters who supported him in 2020 than he did a month ago. Mr. Trump then secured the support of his former voters over the president, 97 percent to 83 percent, but that margin has narrowed. Mr. Biden now has 89 percent of his 2020 supporters, compared to Mr. Trump's 94 percent.
For months, the Biden campaign has struggled with a strange problem. Biden's internal poll showed that many voters did not believe that the Republicans would nominate Trump for a third term. For months, Democratic and Republican politicians have expressed the belief that once Trump retains his party's presidential nomination, reality will set in for voters and his voter turnout will dwindle.

Trump's lead in the polls is seen as a mirage based on an electorate that isn't paying attention. It's only April and most of the electorate still isn't paying attention, which is why you shouldn't believe any election.
Interestingly, The Times also admitted in its article, something I've noted before, that specific polls about individual groups of voters are unknown at this point, so no one should read too much into either candidate. which is leading with certain groups of voters.
What should not be overlooked is the general trend. Biden now leads Trump by nine polls. Biden also leads Trump in the average of all polls.
Don't dwell too much on specific numbers until the election rolls around in the fall, but Trump isn't leading “all the polls” as he likes to claim. The former president loses. The Democrats are coming home and they are with Joe Biden.
