Trump released a video showing the image on the truck. The picture shows a bound and gagged President Biden.
Joyce Vance is installed “I know firsthand how the Secret Service deals with people who make threats against POTUS, even ones they can't carry out. This, coming from the former president, is completely out of bounds. It's time to stop letting Trump break the rules. A time long gone.”

Donald Trump thinks he's in denial if he reposts threats made by other people, but that's not necessarily the case. Given Trump's long and storied history of attempting to incite violence, any threat that appears at his expense against the President of the United States should be taken seriously.
Trump may think he's being smart and funny when toeing the line, but he's very close to inciting an attack on the President of the United States.
The Truth Social video is a reminder that Trump is not a normal presidential candidate, and he's perfectly fine with violence and terrorism to get back into power.
