A Georgia judge has ruled that the state's Republican Party vice chairman voted illegally nine times by voting while under investigation for check forgery.
Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
On Wednesday, a judge ruled that the first vice chairman of the Republican Party of Georgia, Brian K. Pritchard violated state election laws when he voted nine times while serving a suspended sentence for felony check forgery.
Pritchard, a conservative talk show host, must pay a $5,000 fine and receive a public reprimand from the State Board of Elections, according to a ruling by Administrative Law Judge Lisa Boggs.

Pritchard has previously claimed that the 2020 presidential election was rigged on her show, but it has now been revealed that she voted illegally.
Marjorie Taylor Green called on Pritchard to step down from her position in the state party because, she said, Republicans should be the party of election integrity.
Pritchard is the latest example of voter fraud that Republicans allege is happening within their own party. There is still no proven case of massive voter fraud by Democrats.
The same Republicans who claim Democrats cheated to win the 2020 election are out there doing voter and voter fraud for the Republican Party.
The voter was found, and the Republicans are doing it.
